Cortana Something Went Wrong Try Again in a Little Bit
Howdy Toni,
In this instance, I would suggest you to switch your Microsoft user account to local user account and so switch dorsum to Microsoft account and check if the issue persists. Refer to these steps:
1. Click on the start button so click on 'Settings'.
two. In the settings view, click on 'Accounts' so click on "Your account".
3. Now click on the option 'Sign in with a local account instead'.
four. Restart the PC and follow the aforementioned steps to switch your business relationship dorsum to a Microsoft account.
Attempt these steps and let u.s.a. know the results.

I accept been experiencing the same bug with Cortana since my upgrade to Windows 10. What is even more abrasive than this is the notion big companies have of doing private troubleshoot of problems such every bit this 1. Do you guys not realize that for every one of these types of post, there are literally thousands that practice not bother to post the problem. Do a uncomplicated Google or Bing search for this problem and y'all will find this same problem posted on dissimilar forums; so plainly a lot of people are experiencing the same problem. Expecting consumers to practise manual troubleshoots is a flake annoying when there should just be an update released to fix this problem. It is like you lot guys examination your products under perfect conditions instead of the Real World conditions that the average consumer experiences. What are "Real Earth" weather condition, you might ask me to elaborate. Well, that is not something I can specifically reply. But are you telling me nobody at Microsoft has ran beyond these problems with Cortana non being able to connect or fifty-fifty let you enquire a question before saying "something went wrong" etc. Then obviously your products are not being tested under the same conditions in which your consumers volition be using them. I take been having this problem since I updated to Windows 10 most a calendar week ago. And I know that a calendar week to release an update to ready such a problem might be a little inconsiderate of me; but again do a quick internet search and you lot volition see people that take had early access to Windows 10 take been having the same types of problems for months. Saying "OK Google" to my phone, I have never had such a trouble; and you want me to adopt Cortana.... Suuure I will.
PS: How tin you promise to compete with Google when Bing and Cortana are still underlined as misspelled words. Please become on it Microsoft; I genuinely want to savour the Windows x experience you guys are pushing for.

I am nether the impression that they likely know about this at Microsoft, but it is likely not a actually big priority. So they are letting the MVPs play with it. (I was something like that for ATT.Net a long time ago, and nosotros were suppose to field the everyday bug. Except we got paid.)
I had installed Win10 back in the fall of '15, merely it was so screwed upwards I went back to Win7. At present with this upgrade that I did virtually a week ago, well-nigh everything works EXCEPT Cortana. Information technology would be prissy if information technology would piece of work, kind of fun to talk to an inanimate object and really get an reply, but I guess Microsoft has their priorities in more needy areas.
I am confident that they will most likely get around to fixing this. If not, I wasted $30 on a new microphone.
Good observation about Bing and Google beingness considered misspellings, ha!
